Five minutes. A scripture, an exhale, a charge for the week.
Released alongside each Sunday sermon. The Hebrew word for spirit is ruach. The Greek word is pneuma. Both of them mean breath. Pastor Shines spent his first career — as a Chief Respiratory Therapist — teaching lungs to do what they were made to do. Breathe & Believe does the same thing for souls.

How This Works
A small church with a steady rhythm.
One Sunday sermon, recorded. One Monday morning, about thirty minutes of editing. The result is a full week of devotional content for the people who could not be there in person.
This is not a megachurch operation. It is a small church using new tools the right way — to extend hospitality, not to perform reach. If a sister cannot get to Anthony, Florida, on Sunday morning, we bring Sunday morning to her.
That is a small theology, and it is the only kind we know.
